“Il Volto del Comando”
è il titolo di una serie di riproduzioni tridimensionali dei ritratti pittorici di alcuni dei più noti ufficiali e personaggi della grande epopea napoleonica.
Tutti i soggetti di questa serie sono scolpiti da
Piersergio Allevi
dipinti e fotografati con grande maestria da
Danilo Cartacci.
Di questa serie fa parte questo eclatante figurino:
il maresciallo Jean Lannes sul suo stallone purosangue arabo.
Eugene de Beauharnais e il generale Dampierre,
già pubblicati in queste pagine.
I soggetti non saranno solo ufficiali francesi, non mancheranno infatti anche i nemici di Napoleone,
ufficiali e aristocratici austriaci, russi, prussiani e inglesi.
In alcuni casi il soggetto è riprodotto esattamente nella stessa posizione dell’immagine, in altri il personaggio è ambientato in una situazione che meglio chiarisca il luogo che lo ha visto protagonista, conseguentemente anche il suo atteggiamento sarà quello più idoneo.
Tutto ciò per permettere di meglio raccontare una storia in uno spazio minimo.

is the title of a series of three-dimensional reproductions of pictorial portraits of some of the most popular official and characters of the great epic of Napoleon.
All subjects in this series are sculpted by
Piersergio Allevi
and are painted with great skill by
Danilo Cartacci.
This figure is part of this striking series:
Marshal Jean Lannes on his Arabian stallion.
The series also includes
Eugene de Beauharnais and General Dampierre,
already published in these pages.
The subjects will not only French officers, there will in fact also the enemies of Napoleon,
officers and aristocrats Austrian, Russian, Prussian and English.
In some cases, the subject is reproduced exactly in the same position of the picture, in others the officer is set in a situation that better clarify the place that saw the main, consequently his attitude will be the most suitable.
All this to better tell a story in a small space.
